Jo is taking on the role of Service Manager, following Mac stepping down. Jo has managed in a busy Parts environment for many years and also worked with Mac on Service Reception. We are sure that Jo will make the role her own and continue to offer the highest levels of customer service.

Mac has decided to step down after over 28 years of service. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Mac for all the hard work and efforts that he has put into making our Service Department so successful

We are all looking forward to welcoming Wayne, who joins us on the 21st of September as Jo's Assistant. Wayne has recently re-located to Bexhill and has worked as a technician and also on the front Service Desk with Ford in Croydon.

Mark has fantastic product understanding and is also comfortable with all aspects of the funding and insurance products available through Honda Finance for both private, corporate or smaller local business customers. Mark was previously our Business Manager and is fully trained in all aspects of funding. He is very approachable and friendly too, so if you have any questions, please just ask.

Liam joined us when Michael Mayers retired a couple of years ago and has taken to the business like a duck to water. Liam is a fully trained Business Manager, friendly with it and is highly capable in guiding you through the buying process.

Lauren is our latest (and youngest!) recruit and is proving to be extremely good, showing great skills in customer care and sales technique.

Matt has moved up with the Company from Van driver to Parts Manager and knows what there is to know about Honda Parts. Matty will also assist on Service Reception.
